Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday Learning in its Advisory practice in Dallas to lead strategic Workday Learning transformations. You will align learning initiatives with business objectives, leverage AI-enhanced solutions, and deliver measurable value through ROI-focused engagements.

Responsibilities include client leadership, solution architecture, data-driven optimization, and mentoring teams to advance AI-driven capabilities. Travel up to 80–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in the Workday ecosystem with shift from implementation to strategic advisory.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Learning and its strategic application to business challenges.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ROI, value engineering, and financial impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Workday Learning transformation engagements for clients.
• Align learning strategies with core business objectives and measure ROI.
• Design and validate high-impact solutions using our automation platform.
• Analyze system and business data to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases and articulate financial/strategic impact to executives.
• Lead workshops on business process re-engineering, governance, and change management.
• Identify and pursue new Workday-related opportunities and drive demand.
• Mentor team members to build analytical capabilities and AI-driven capabilities.
