Job summary

KPMG LLP is actively seeking a Lead Specialist I in Business Product Management to join our Digital Nexus team in Washington, DC. You will help shape enterprise learning technology initiatives and collaborate with HR and IT partners to drive value across the organization.

You will manage multiple small projects end-to-end, configure learning platforms like Cornerstone, Workday, or SAP, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience delivering enterprise HR, learning, or talent technology initiatives with significant hands-on responsibility.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university required; HR/IT/Data Analytics or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required; Certifications in leading Learning technologies strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise learning platforms; Cornerstone strongly preferred; Workday Learning or SAP SuccessFactors Learning a plus; Hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise learning technologies (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba).
• Project management experience delivering end-to-end initiatives with minimal supervision, on time and within scope; able to manage multiple concurrent, small-size projects.
• Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes.
• Exhibits strategic thinking and works independently; excellent verbal/written communication skills to interact with senior level stakeholders; able to prioritize, delegate and foster high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end functional support of the application portfolio and ensure all solutions meet governance, security, privacy, and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise learning technology, participating in architecture, data flow, business processes, and implementation decisions.
• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent, small-size projects from end to end with minimal supervision; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within defined scope.
• Configure and provide ongoing support for enterprise learning management technologies.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to align L&D strategies with business objectives.
• Provide end-to-end accountability for reporting, including demand intake, solution delivery, asset maintenance, and operational administration of refresh schedules, subscriptions, and distribution mechanisms.
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
