Qualifications

• Understanding of business metrics (ROI, cost-benefit) and linking tech to business value.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep Workday Learning expertise to analyze client requirements and optimize solution designs.
• Test and validate AI-generated configurations, processes, and data structures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing client data to support design and improvements.
• Contribute to business case development and track value realization metrics.
• Participate in client workshops, requirements sessions, and testing cycles.
• Support project management by tracking progress and knowledge transfer.
