Job description

KPMG is looking to hire a Manager, Workday Learning for our Advisory practice.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the lead strategic advisor for Workday Learning transformation engagements. Focus on aligning learning strategies with core business objectives and demonstrating measurable value and ROI.
  • Advanced Solution Architecture: Leverage our advanced automation platform to design and validate sophisticated, high-impact solutions. Your focus will be less on manual configuration and more on architecting solutions that solve complex business problems, auditing AI-driven outputs for quality, and optimizing system design for long-term value.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion a data-first approach by analyzing system and business data to identify optimization opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide clients with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Value Realization & Articulation: Develop and manage business cases, articulate the financial and strategic impact of solution decisions to executive stakeholders, and lead value-realization workshops to ensure benefits are tracked and achieved post-implementation.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Lead client workshops focused on navigating complex business process re-engineering, change management, and governance challenges that arise from a more automated, intelligent ERP landscape.
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by demonstrating how our AI-augmented approach to Workday transformation delivers superior outcomes compared to traditional implementation models.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members to develop their critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and deep functional expertise required to thrive in an AI-driven consulting environment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, with a proven track record of shifting from implementation tasks to strategic advisory.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Workday Learning, with a deep understanding of its functional capabilities and, more importantly, its strategic application to business challenges.
  • Proven ability to think critically and analytically, using data to inform decisions and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Experience in a role requiring a strong understanding of business principles, including ROI, value engineering, and financial impact analysis.
  • Drive organizational initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new Workday features and process automations, fostering user engagement and maximizing ROI through targeted training, communication, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate the value of complex technical solutions to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with architect-level design, with an emphasis on validating and refining solutions in an AI-assisted environment. Experience with intelligent automation platforms, generative AI, or similar proprietary tools within an ERP environment is strongly preferred.
  • Workday Learning certification is preferred.
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa).
