Welltower is hiring a Workday HCM Functional Lead in Dallas, TX. This client-facing role splits time between new implementations and ongoing production support, guiding go-live, security, and ongoing optimization.

The candidate will configure and test Workday across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting, ensuring data integrity and policy alignment. Limited travel up to 10% included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM functional configuration experience.
• Deep Core HCM knowledge: org structures, supervisory orgs, BP framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer-facing Workday HCM SME for multiple Operators.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate into Workday design.
• Configure, test and deliver Workday across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting.
• Guide go-live and provide post-go-live support and defect resolution.
• Maintain Workday security and lead functional testing for releases.
