Job summary

Welltower Inc. seeks a Workday Integration Lead to design, build and maintain the company’s Workday integration landscape, focusing on the integration registry and a portfolio of integrations supporting operators and multi-tenant environments.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, partnering with HRIS, finance, IT, and operator teams to ensure scalable, secure data flows. You will drive efficient integrations, support semi-annual Workday releases, and contribute to a governed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Workday Integration Core certification
• Experience across multi-tenant Workday environments and external operators/vendors
• Strong knowledge of Workday web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, calculated fields, and integration security configuration
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF, and Document Transformation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain the full portfolio of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services across operator and multi-tenant environments
• Build and maintain a centralized integration registry with data flows, ownership, dependencies, run schedules, and downstream systems
• Develop and support integrations for operators and multi-tenant Workday environments, ensuring data segregation, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, IT, and operators to gather requirements and translate into integration designs
• Coordinate with Data warehouse team to enable data extracts and integration tool usage
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and implement robust error handling and logging
• Support semi-annual Workday releases with regression testing and documentation
