Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Workday HRIS Team Lead to mentor the HRIS group, set technology strategy, and align Workday initiatives with organizational goals. You will lead advanced Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation, partnering with HR, TA, and IT to optimize processes and data integrity.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and hands-on optimization of Workday modules, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements and training for users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.
• Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.
• US citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
• Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.
