Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston seeks an experienced Lead Analyst HR Technology - Workday to optimize and extend Workday across HR. You will translate business needs into scalable configuration and partner with HR and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities include leading requirements, maintaining configuration, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires 6-8+ years of Workday experience and certifications; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with end-to-end configuration in multiple areas.
• Workday certifications strongly preferred (Workday Pro a plus).
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills; experience with EIBs and data loads.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and solution design; translate business requirements into Workday configuration and documented specifications.
• Own and maintain Workday configuration, including business processes, eligibility rules, and tenant configuration.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to deliver enterprise Workday solutions aligned to HR strategy.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows to improve UX and compliance.
• Lead Workday release management activities and post-deployment stabilization.
