MFS is seeking a Lead Analyst HR Technology – Workday to optimize and extend HR systems, focusing on Workday configuration, integrations, and user experience. You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system design.
The role demands 6–8+ years in Workday with end-to-end configuration across multiple modules, plus strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management. Hybrid on-site/remote work is available.
Lead Analyst HR Technology – Workday. Lead the optimization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, with primary responsibility for Workday configuration, integration, and user experience. Partner with HR and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system design.
Base salary range $98,500–$141,500; eligibility for competitive incentive bonus. MFS contributes 15% of base salary to a 401(k).
