Fluence is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Manager (Workday) to own global HRIS and Americas HR operations. You will manage day-to-day Workday configuration, security, and upgrades while driving data integrity and process improvements across HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent/Performance modules.

You will lead Workday-related projects, collaborate with the Insights Team on dashboards, and mentor a high-performing HRIS/operations group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Information Technology is typically required.
• 5–9+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a focus on Workday environments.
• In-depth Workday HCM knowledge: configuration, business processes, and report writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions and improvements.
• Leadership and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams.

• HRIS Maintenance and Enhancements: administer and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent/Performance).
• Technical Expertise: troubleshoot issues, ensure integrations with systems like ADP.
• Reporting and Analytics: develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: automate workflows and configurations to improve efficiency and experience.
• Project Leadership: lead Workday projects from requirements to deployment.
