The ideal candidate will bring 5–9+ years in Workday HRIS, strong analytics, and leadership to drive system improvements and reporting. This is a US‑based, on‑site position supporting a fast‑growing energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with a focus on Workday environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Workday administration including HCM, compensation, absence, and performance.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure secure access and compliant processes.
• Oversee payroll and benefits data flows and integrations with external systems (e.g., ADP).
• Develop HR operations processes, procedures, and training to ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor HRIS and operations teams and drive cross‑functional projects.
