Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Manager (Workday) to oversee global HRIS and Americas HR operations. The role blends hands-on administration with strategic process improvements to enhance data accuracy and the employee experience.

You will configure Workday modules, lead projects, ensure smooth integrations (e.g., with ADP), and mentor the HRIS team while partnering with HR business partners across Fluence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or IT with 5–9+ years of HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
• Deep Workday HCM knowledge including configuration, processes, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross‑functional collaboration.

• Oversee Workday administration, security, access, and upgrades across modules.
• Serve as Workday SME; troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integrations with systems like ADP.
