Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a seasoned Workday Financials consultant to lead and support the design, configuration, integration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday Financials and related finance applications.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, clients, and vendors to translate business needs into practical system solutions; guide workstreams through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support; and maintain reliable, secure financial data and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or eight years of equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of consulting or industry experience in Workday Financials or ERP finance domain.
• Two or more years of experience leading Workday Financials workstreams or project teams.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Workday Financials implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials workstreams across full lifecycle implementations (discovery, requirements, design, config, prototyping, testing, deployment, training, support).
• Design integrations between Workday and internal/third-party apps using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools.
• Analyze complex finance needs and develop scalable solutions across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables to meet quality expectations.
