Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on Workday Adaptive implementations, guiding transformation, design, configuration, testing and deployment across FP&A-focused projects.

You will mentor consultants, own design sessions, support cross-workstream dependencies, and act as SME in FP&A with 10+ years in finance workflows; remote-friendly with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years FP&A experience as user or implementer.
• 4+ years Workday Adaptive or similar planning tool implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and configuration decisions based on client requirements.
• Guide clients through all project phases in FP&A with Workday Adaptive.
• Mentor consultants and coordinate cross-workstream activities.
• Support sales with estimation, discovery, and client interactions.
