Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients and deliver integrated payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will identify requirements, design processes, prototype solutions, and lead workshops to educate clients while ensuring cohesive, cross-functional design.

You will rely on your 3+ years of consulting experience, Workday Adaptive experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with the potential for global engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 12+ years of work experience for the role
• Workday Partner Certification required; experience with Workday Adaptive Insights preferred
• Experience in leading or senior consultant roles in large firms highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand and analyze business requirements
• Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions treating cross-functional impacts and advise on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
