Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Lead - FDM/R2R to drive successful implementations for clients. You will manage diverse teams, design solutions, lead workshops, and ensure best practices across Workday projects. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

The role requires hands-on Workday Financials experience, leadership abilities, and strong stakeholder management to deliver transformational outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering requirements, design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Formulate overall project planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Serve as escalation point for critical functional issues.
• Provide SME to aid decision making on the functional solution.
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Architect Workday FDM/R2R solution for cohesive, cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide status updates to the Project Manager.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Workday best practices.
• Support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets.
