Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to drive architecture and delivery of Workday Adaptive solutions across multiple client streams. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, prototype designs, and ensure cohesive cross-functional delivery while applying Accenture methodologies.

Travel may be required for client engagements and programs. The role requires Workday Partner Certification, 3+ years in consulting at lead level, and 3+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive experience,

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years consulting experience, Lead or similar level role.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• 3+ years US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
• Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions across streams and mitigate cross-functional impacts; advise on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
