Job summary

Vistra Communications seeks a Lead Women Peace and Security (WPS) Expert to join Joint Staff J5 as a full-time member. You will identify, access, and engineer data sources, design automated pipelines, and maintain a centralized repository to support WPS analyses for senior leaders.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in DoD-related work, and the ability to present to Flag Officers and SES members.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum five years of function-related experience at the operational or strategic level.
• Experience with WPS sociocultural analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of WPS-informed analyses in planning, operations, and assessments.
• Develop analytical products to support senior leadership.
• Integrate partner nations' WPS plans into CCMD planning where applicable.
• Provide analytical support to security cooperation planning processes and events.
