Job summary

Vistra Communications in Washington, DC seeks a Data Management Specialist to identify and engineer access to mission-critical data sources from across the DoD and interagency partners; design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines to ingest, clean, and integrate this information into a centralized repository.

The role requires a Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field, 5+ years of data-centric program leadership, and proficiency with Python/R, Tableau, and Power BI, plus

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least five years of function-related experience at operational or strategic level in DoD contexts.
• Minimum of three years leading data-centric programs with enterprise data strategy, architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage curated datasets as discoverable assets within the J5 Data Catalog.
• Further develop and maintain Women Peace and Security AI agents.
• Continue data collection for annual reporting.
