Job summary

Praescient Analytics is seeking a Data Integration Manager (Team Lead) to head the Data Capabilities Division’s data pipelines and enterprise data services for the Army and coalition networks. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with emphasis on leadership and secure data sharing across multiple domains. You will guide integration across JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and cloud environments, ensuring scalable, compliant, and interoperable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years in data integration or related fields.
• 4+ years leading teams and delivering tasks.
• Experience delivering briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to draft SOPs and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and sustainment of data integration pipelines and messaging architectures.
• Oversee data integration across platforms and networks.
• Ensure interoperability with Army Intelligence Data Platform and mission systems.
• Guide API integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformations.
