Job summary

Vistra Communications, a SDVOSB with offices in Tampa, FL and Alexandria, VA, seeks a Lead Women Peace and Security Expert for the Joint Staff J5. You will identify and engineer data sources, build automated pipelines, and support WPS training across a cross-functional network.

Lead mobile training teams and serve as course director for Joint Staff trainings. Required TS/SCI clearance and 8–10 years’ DoW WPS experience, plus ability to brief senior leaders and coordinate with DoW stakeholders.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8–10 years of DoW WPS experience at the combatant command, Joint Staff, or OSW(P) level.
• Experience briefing senior military leadership and Congressional testimony on DoW WPS.
• Experience coordinating with DoW stakeholders and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum of six WPS courses per fiscal year in NCR and designated CCMDs.
• Support a cross-functional network of WPS Focal Points and POC across the Joint Staff.
• Maintain relationships with WPS Advisors and Focal Points across COCOMs and Joint Staff.
• Assist in preparing budget submissions for WPS implementation activities.
• Support data collection and NATO reporting requirements for WPS.
• Provide support as directed by COR within the PWS scope.
• Serve as senior SME for Joint Force compliance with WPS requirements and lead WPS trainings.
