Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC seeks a Wireline Engineer to ensure safety and quality of field operations by adhering to process and safety procedures for wireline equipment, tools and personnel. You will plan and supervise well site operations, calibrate surface and downhole tools, and maintain current standards for efficiency.

Responsibilities include client communication, reporting incidents and non-productive time, preparing billing documents, and ensuring DOT and safety compliance while

Qualifications

• Strong communication and written skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising wireline well site operations.
• Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for well site operations ensuring safety compliance.
• Supervise and conduct well site operations per client criteria.
• Supervise and assist crew with calibration and preparation of surface and downhole tools.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards to optimize efficiencies.
• Maintain customer relationships through quality services and professional conduct.
• Communicate with client representatives for wellsite operations and data archiving.
• Prepare accurate documents for billing and data delivery per requirements.
• Operate company vehicles per policies and regulations.
• Supervise equipment logistics and DOT compliance.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives and supervise training.
• Perform other related duties as required.
