Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Lead Wireline Operator at Bravo Wireline Services in Brighton, Colorado. The role covers field duties at the well site and shop duties, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance for wireline explosives operations.

The Lead Operator will supervise peers, perform tool maintenance, rig up/down equipment, and ensure accurate documentation and customer relations while operating in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years' wireline operator experience.
• Must pass ATF background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of down-hole tools.
• Knowledge of explosives applications in wireline and ATF/state laws.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs by performing tool maintenance and pre/post job checkouts.
• Lead rigging up and down wireline surface and downhole equipment.
• Assist in tool string make-ups and assembly of downhole logging tools.
• Maintain and service down-hole and surface logging equipment.
• Receive instructions on routine work and site activities.
• Drive company vehicles safely and maintain site records.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safe operations.
• Supervise and train other Wireline Operators and maintain safety.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations.
