Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (wireless comms, signal processing, RF).
• 10+ years designing and developing wireless systems.
• 5+ years of technical project leadership experience.
• Experience across design to field testing lifecycle.
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Technical management of R&D projects, including system design and requirements.
• Set and track development schedules and tasks.
• Hands-on design, simulation, verification, and FPGA/testing oversight.
• Engage with customers and prepare technical materials when needed.
• Lead and supervise engineers; participate in hiring decisions.
• Travel infrequently to support customer interactions and demonstrations.
