Job summary

Mann Wireless is seeking a Wireless Technician II to transition from standard installations to independently managing complex RF deployments. You will troubleshoot performance issues, interpret engineering drawings, and work with low voltage and cabling on active construction sites.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on testing of RF equipment with opportunities to lead junior staff on projects across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in related industry.
• Travel to sites across market area.
• OSHA 10 certification required or will need to be obtained after employment.
• NICET IB-PSC Technician I or II certification is highly preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in RF/telecom field experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables with accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Perform cable routing, grounding, and weatherproofing to meet code requirements.
• Conduct basic equipment setup, configuration, testing and RF studies.
• Maintain site documentation and photo records for project closeouts.
• Follow company safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment.
