Job summary

Network Connex Company seeks a Director of DAS Construction & Project Delivery to lead end-to-end wireless infrastructure programs, including DAS, Public Safety DAS, Private LTE, CBRS, and related low-voltage deployments. You will own project execution, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple market sectors.

The ideal leader publishes scalable delivery standards, mentors PM teams, and drives continuous improvement while achieving agreed gross margins and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large-scale wireless infrastructure and low-voltage construction projects.
• 5+ years leading project management and construction teams.
• Experience delivering Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience with Public Safety DAS, ERCES, BDA systems, NFPA/IFC compliance.
• Experience deploying Private LTE, CBRS, and enterprise wireless systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of multiple concurrent DAS and wireless infrastructure projects from award through final acceptance and closeout.
• Lead project managers, construction managers, field teams, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Develop and implement scalable project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contractual requirements.
• Establish accountability and foster a culture of collaboration and execution excellence.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, schedules, financials, and customer feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
