Job summary

Mobile Communications America in Morrisville, NC seeks an experienced DAS Technician to support the In-Building Wireless Solutions team. You will install RF cellular and public safety DAS equipment, configure components, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and optimal coverage.

The role requires 1 year of technical experience, the ability to read design plans, and hands-on OEM experience. Travel and varying shifts may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technical experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read design plans and bills of material.
• Hands-on experience with project-specific OEMs and equipment.
• Lead technical background with professional interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Install RF cellular and public safety DAS equipment per specs.
• Configure DAS components to optimize coverage and capacity.
• Display proficiency and quality in project task execution.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure DAS reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on DAS equipment/networks.
• Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in installations across diverse buildings.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
• Deliver outstanding work to maintain customer confidence.
