Job summary

Clutch Canada is looking for a skilled Windows Desktop Application Developer to lead the design and development of native applications. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in Windows desktop development with a strong focus on performance and accessibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape the future of Windows products that will be used by millions. The salary range is between $140,000 and $200,000 USD per year plus bonus and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Track record of building production-quality desktop applications.
• Experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Ensure best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Own features throughout their lifecycle, from conception to maintenance.
