Clutch Canada is seeking a talented Windows Application Developer to lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Windows app development using WinUI, C#, and XAML, along with a strong record in ensuring accessibility and usability for all users. This high-impact role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the future of the Windows product, driving meaningful change in user experience. We provide a salary range of $140,000-$200,000 USD, plus bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
