This position offers a salary range of $140,000 - $200,000/year plus bonus and stock options based on experience, in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of designing production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define best-practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and integrate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of features.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
