Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping reliable desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
• Strong communication skills with a user-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature planning and UI/UX architecture.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
