Qualifications
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs and commitment to building inclusive software.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals including memory management and multi-threading.
Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
Responsibilities
Lead design and development of Windows desktop applications using modern technologies.
Define best practices for code architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Drive accessibility efforts and ensure usability for users with disabilities.
Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders on feature planning and UI/UX.
