Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs and commitment to building inclusive software.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals including memory management and multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop applications using modern technologies.
• Define best practices for code architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive accessibility efforts and ensure usability for users with disabilities.
• Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders on feature planning and UI/UX.
• Take ownership of feature lifecycles from conception to release.
