Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Windows Application Developer to lead the design and development of native Windows applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in using Windows App SDK and WinUI, as well as a strong understanding of accessibility APIs. The role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 USD per year, plus bonuses and stock options, all while contributing to a mission-driven company culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and ideally C++.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals including OOP and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define best practices for code architecture and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape UI/UX architecture.
