Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer for a paid training program in Huntsville, AL. The role starts with a 6:30 AM schedule, Monday through Friday, joining a team focused on high-quality home remodels.

You will load materials, travel to customers, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and complete clean-up while ensuring a five-star customer experience. Paid training and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction is preferred.
• Must be able to learn and apply SOPs and PPE protocols.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home during work.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
