Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Huntsville, AL. The role involves loading materials at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, and installing replacement windows and exterior doors with precise trim work.

The installer will maintain a clean work site, greet customers, and ensure a 5-star experience while following SOPs and PPE protocols. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
