West Shore Home is hiring a Window & Door Installer to join its team in Birmingham, AL. The role requires arriving early, loading materials, and delivering high-quality installations that meet company SOPs.

You will travel to customers’ homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure thorough cleanup. A valid driver’s license, tools knowledge, and a drive-to-location mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM at the warehouse.
• Travel to customer homes, greet customers and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door spaces and install replacement windows/doors, re-trim.
