West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Window & Door Installer in Huntsville, AL. The role starts with a 6:30 AM schedule, Monday through Friday, and involves loading materials, visiting customers, performing window and exterior door installations, trimming, and ensuring clean work areas.

A strong emphasis on safety, customer rapport, and on-time completion is expected. The position calls for hands‑on carpentry/remodeling experience, tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone for two-factor logins.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
