West Shore Home in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Window & Door Installer to perform safe, high‑quality installations following SOPs and PPE protocols.

You will load materials, travel to homes, remove old windows/doors, install replacements, clean up, and document work for the warehouse. This role offers reliable hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth with a national home improvement leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction is preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Hunger to learn and grow in a field-based installation role.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space and install replacement units; replace trim.
• Clean work area thoroughly and protect customer property.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
