West Shore Home in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer for a paid-training role. Schedule: Monday–Friday with start time at 6:30 AM, located in Knoxville. The role loads materials, travels to homes, installs windows and exterior doors, and maintains a clean worksite.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or hunger to learn.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
