Talantir is seeking a Lead Services Technician to oversee advanced maintenance and repair of wind turbine systems across sites. You will diagnose complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure strict safety protocols while documenting all activities.

The role requires 3+ years in wind turbine maintenance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 100%. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• 3+ years of wind turbine maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-hire drug screen.
• Up to 100% travel requirement.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
