Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on turbine systems.
• Ability to lead small teams or mentor technicians on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in major component exchanges including gearboxes, generators, and nacelle components.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on turbine systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on wind turbines.
• Supervise on-site technicians and ensure safe, on-time completion of service work.
• Maintain accurate service records and participate in safety briefings.
