Renewable Concepts LLC is seeking a Lead Services Technician to oversee advanced wind turbine maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on leadership across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of wind turbine experience, a valid driver’s license, OSHA 10, and the ability to travel up to full-time.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining wind turbines.
Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; DMV checks may apply.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
Diagnose and solve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of components to resolve malfunctions.
Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and test.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to lower-level technicians.
Collaborate with employees at all professional levels.
Interact with customers professionally.
Diagnose turbine performance issues and implement solutions.
Identify safety gaps and risks in the work environment.
