Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Managing Consultant, Wetland Delineator/Botanist to lead wetland delineations and related fieldwork in Northern California. You will guide teams, produce defensible reports, and collaborate with clients and agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a natural science field or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum four field seasons with wetland delineations per manual.
• Familiarity with Army Corps Regional Supplements for Western Mountains, Valleys & Coast, and the Arid West.
• Ability to travel with frequent overnight stays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead wetland delineations and vegetation surveys for permitting.
• Produce defensible reports and QA/QC of field data.
• Coordinate with clients and agencies; mentor junior staff.
