Job summary

Environmental Resources Management, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Consultant, Lead Wetland to lead wetland delineations, assess protected species, and guide sustainable development.

You will develop technical reports, assist with NEPA and regulatory documentation, and collaborate with project managers across the Midwest, traveling up to 75%. Minimum 3 years in environmental consulting, a BS in a related field, and Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification required.

Qualifications

• BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources or related discipline with GPA requirement.
• Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification or equivalent credentials.
• 5+ years in environmental consulting preferred (3+ years minimum).
• Experience with wetland delineations per USACE manuals and regional supplements.

Responsibilities

• Lead wetland delineations and assessments across multi-state projects.
• Develop technical reports, regulatory docs, and compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with ERM project managers and technical leaders.
• Influence permitting outcomes and NEPA-related impact studies.
• Ensure quality, budget, and schedule alignment for projects.
