• Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification required or equivalent.
• BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline; minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years in environmental consulting; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with wetland delineations, data management, and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead wetland delineations across multiple sites and projects.
• Develop regulatory documentation and compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior staff on innovative solutions.
• Support permitting processes and impact assessments.
• Deliver high-quality reports and adhere to budgets/schedules.
