Job summary

ERM in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks a Senior Consultant, Lead Wetland Delineator to shape responsible development while protecting ecosystems. You will lead delineations, assess protected species, and produce reports guiding infrastructure planning across the Midwest.

Required BS in environmental sciences and 3+ years in environmental consulting (5+ preferred). Up to 75% travel, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role at ERM.

Qualifications

• BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related field; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead wetland delineations and protected species assessments for high-profile projects.
• Produce technical reports, datasets, and compliance strategies for planning and regulatory outcomes.
• Partner with ERM Project Managers and senior leaders to deliver environmental solutions.
• Shape permitting pathways and impact assessments across energy, utilities, and land development.
• Support field surveys, data interpretation, and technical reporting; manage quality and timelines.
