Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience owning and maintaining chemical processing equipment in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, or hazardous chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, maintain, and improve high-throughput texturing and preclean equipment for silicon solar cell manufacturing.
• Drive equipment reliability and uptime to support large-volume production; run experiments and analyze data.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, spare parts programs, and tool matching for high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead root cause analysis on equipment-related issues including delivery systems, pumps, filtration, and temperature control hardware.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement new process requirements on existing and future equipment.
• Evaluate next-generation high-throughput texturing tools for 1GW+ per tool scale production.
