Job summary

Massage Envy Noblesville is seeking a Lead Wellness Director to guide team development, set goals, and elevate customer care in our Noblesville clinic. You’ll coach staff, oversee scheduling, inventories, and service standards, while advising clients on optimal wellness plans.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of total body care with massage and skincare services helpful.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of Noblesville, IN.
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends.
• May be required to work at sister location approximately 6 miles away.

Day-to-Day

• Help set team goals and provide frequent updates to motivate and support the team.
• Assist the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and ongoing team development, including:
  • Wellness Coordinator training and coaching.
  • Front desk scheduling and operations.
  • Inventory management and ordering.
  • Supporting consistent front desk procedures and service standards.
• Advise clients on the best combination of services and providers for their individual needs.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, recommending the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain the client base through in-person service and phone/email outreach.
• Serve as a positive leadership presence for the team while continuing to develop the skills needed for future advancement.
