Job summary

Massage Envy Keystone at the Crossing in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Lead Wellness Director to drive guest experience, coach staff, and oversee front desk operations and inventory while guiding the clinic’s Total Body Care strategy.

This role requires at least 1 year in retail or sales, leadership experience, and strong math/computer skills. You will promote the Wellness Program, mentor team members, and help grow the client base through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• Residence within 30 minutes of Noblesville, IN.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May be required to work at our sister location approximately 6 miles away.

Responsibilities

• Help set team goals and provide frequent updates to motivate and support the team.
• Assist the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and ongoing team development, including Wellness Coordinator training and coaching, front desk scheduling and operations, inventory management, and ensuring service standards.
• Advise clients on the best combination of services and providers for their needs.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, Wellness Program, future bookings, and home-care retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain the client base through in-person service and outreach, and serve as a positive leadership presence.

Day-to-Day

  • Supporting consistent front desk procedures and service standards.
• Advise clients on the best combination of services and providers for their individual needs.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, recommending the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain the client base through in-person service and phone/email outreach.
• Serve as a positive leadership presence for the team while continuing to develop the skills needed for future advancement.
