Job summary

Massage Envy Noblesville is seeking a seasoned Esthetics Director to lead a multi-clinic team. The role combines hands-on esthetics with leadership, training, and performance coaching for up to 10 estheticians.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of esthetics experience, at least 500 hours of skincare education, and Indiana licensing to perform services. Nights and weekends are included in the schedule for a busy high-end client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, professional skin care services meeting clients' needs.

• Work with Clinic Manager to reach goals.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and set expectations.
• Craft customized facial and body treatments using our modalities.
• Recommend follow-up visits and home regimens.

This is a FULL-TIME position requiring a significant commitment for training and developing your skills. This position will require spending time as an esthetician in addition to training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of up to 10 estheticians.

A minimum of 5 years of esthetics experience and availability to work nights and weekends is required.

• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments.
• Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals.
